火 Chief Sean Slamon became the sixth 火 Chief in 卡森城’s history in March of 2017. Chief Slamon has been a career firefighter for over 30 years; he started his fire service career in 1988 with the Foster City 消防部门. Slamon continued his career with the City of Modesto for 28 years, where he served at the ranks of 火fighter, 消防工程师, 队长, 营首席, Division Chief and as 火 Chief from 2014 until becoming the Cason City 火 Chief in 2017. 在加州, Chief Slamon was an Area Director for the California 火 Chiefs Association, the Past President for the Training Officers Section of Cal-Chiefs and was the President of the Stanislaus County 火 Chiefs Association for the past two years. Chief Slamon is currently the Vice President for the Northern Nevada 火 Chiefs Association. Chief Slamon received a bachelor of science degree in Occupational Studies from California State University Long Beach and an associate's of science degree in 火 Science from Modesto Junior College
